After that, you do not need to worry – we will arrange for a pick up.
Once we have ascertained the problem upon reception of the product, we will arrange for a full replacement. Please note that while original shipping charges are non-refundable, we will carry the costs of the pickup and return.
Please keep the original packaging of the product in question, especially for our freshly roasted coffee, so that we can trace the batch.
Freight Charges and Delivery
You can pick up your order at our Woolston roastery for free. Otherwise we have set charges for our courier service, which delivers to Christchurch and nationwide. This means there are no weight restrictions, as these prices apply per order. It also means that your order can be tracked and traced.
- Christchurch: $3.50 – with next day delivery.
- Nationwide: $5.00 – the time it takes to arrive depends on where you live! Major centres take 2–3 days.
